Custom Fades Barbershop
Custom Fades Barbershop is a barbershop in Grand Rapids, MI providing haircuts, fades, tapers, line-ups, designs, and shaves. When you opt in to our SMS program, you can expect to receive text messages such as: a booking link when you request one during a phone call, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer care messages, and — only if you separately agreed to promotional messages — occasional offers and updates about our services.
SMS program details
- Program description: When you call Custom Fades and verbally agree, we send a one-time text message with a booking link (and, if you asked about a specific barber, that barber’s booking page). You may also opt in through the consent checkboxes on our contact form to receive service messages (appointment confirmations, booking links, reminders, customer care) and, separately, promotional messages (offers, discounts, updates).
- Opt-in: Consent is given verbally during your phone call to the shop, or by checking a consent box on our website form. We never text you without your agreement. Messaging is only sent based on the consent you selected.
- Message frequency: Message frequency may vary. For a booking link requested by phone, you will receive 1 message per request.
- Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
Cancelling the SMS service
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (616) 980-0730. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary; a booking link requested by phone is 1 message per request. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
